Information
Shipping
- All products are shipped out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated in an announcement on the main page. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. We are not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays
- We will not fulfill replacement item / items or a refund, if an address is input incorrectly (An address can be changed all the way up until your label is printed out)
- If your package is lost or stolen and has not been scanned as "delivered" by the shipper (i.e. UPS) we will either send a replacement (if the product is available) or issue full store credit (minus shipping and applicable taxes)
Return / Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost associate with any returns or exchanges. Initial shipping cost are non-refundable but we will refund the dollar amount of the item
- SKCOUT only accepts domestic returns. International orders are not eligible for return
- Returns / Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date of your order
- In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, you can contact us at skcout.kc@gmail.com. Items must be returned unworn, un-washed
